Mini FTOPS XXIII Concludes With More Than $3.8 Million Won In Two Weeks

Onchan, Isle of Man – September 23, 2013 – Full Tilt Poker’s MiniFTOPS XXIII concluded this weekend, as the series broke through a succession of guarantees to award millions of dollars in prize money to 39 new MiniFTOPS champions.

Seven events were held during the final weekend of the series, with event buy-ins starting from $10 + $1 and over 27,000 players taking part.

Running across Saturday and Sunday, the Two-Day Event maintained its status as a series favorite, smashing a $400,000 guarantee to reach a total prize pool of $586,200. After two days of play, “KakeTKa” was the last player standing, earning $119,000.

On Sunday, there was over $750,000 to play for in the MiniFTOPS XXIII Main Event, as 1,350 players cashed and “LFmagic” came out on top to claim the winner’s prize of $117,863. With a massive prize pool and a $70 + $5 buy-in, the Main Event attracted over 10,000 players.

After two weeks and 39 events, a total of more than $3,850,000 was won during MiniFTOPS XXIII.
